I grew up in the city of angels, and truly love reading a good book during a thunderstorm. If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be pizza - and happily, too. I love rollerblading on the beach like it’s 1999, and my happy place is gathering with friends, singing anywhere and everywhere. You probably know this already, but I’m kind of obsessed with all things attachment and regulation. I believe that healthy attachment regulates the nervous system better than anything else, and the evidence is here to prove it. I’m passionate about helping clients gently explore their attachment wounds and find a path to healing and better living.

What is Attachment?
