For Children

When a child is struggling, it often shows up in behavior, emotions, or connection. What’s underneath usually tells us all we need to know to begin shifting. Let me help you gently uncover what’s underneath — so together, we can begin helping your child feel more understood, supported, and connected.

Where We Begin

I don’t work with children in isolation—my work begins with you.

We start with an initial intake period, where I meet with you over the first couple of weeks to understand your child, your family, and the rhythms of your home. This is a space for you to share your experiences, struggles and for us to begin gently discerning where shifts can support greater ease, understanding and connection

How I Work

From there, I work with both you and your child, observing your interactions in real time and gently supporting connection and co-regulation as it unfolds. We incorporate elements of play therapy to better understand your child’s inner world and struggles. Laughter, joy and peace is a typical experience in my room.

As we continue, I meet again with you (the caregivers) and I share what I’ve noticed and gently guide where small, meaningful shifts can begin to take shape—offering practical, real-life tools you can carry with you into your home, so the work doesn’t stay in the therapy room.

It Starts Here

When the connection begins to shift, your child’s experience can begin to shift too. This is a place to start.
