For Parents & Families

Parenting can be deeply meaningful—and at times, really overwhelming and hard

If you’ve been noticing patterns with your child, searching for more calm, begging for connection at home, or feeling unsure how to support both your child and yourself through it all, I’m here with you. I’m here to help.

Where We Begin

I believe children are often deeply misunderstood - and not because parents aren’t trying. Beneath behaviors, big emotions, tantrums, school refusal, shutdowns, or struggles to listen, there is usually a child trying to communicate a need, emotion, or experience they may not yet have the words for. My work is centered in helping parents better understand their child’s inner world and gently bridge the gap between intention and connection. Through greater attunement, understanding, and co-regulation, families can begin to experience one another differently.

How I work

Together, we draw on research-informed, attachment-based approaches rooted in nervous system regulation to gently guide your home back toward a place of greater peace, connection, and understanding.

Focus of the work

I focus on helping you better understand your child’s emotional experience, recognize patterns within your relationship, and support more connection and co-regulation, so you can respond in ways that feel more grounded and effective. If the child isn’t ready for therapy, I will work with parents instead.
