“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

Carl Jung

For Women

I work with women navigating the complexities of relationships, motherhood, identity, anxiety, grief, and the quiet emotional burdens that are often carried alone. Many of the women I work with are deeply insightful and capable, yet find themselves repeating patterns, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or experiencing anxiety and somatic symptoms that no longer feel manageable.

Through an attachment-based and trauma lens, we gently explore how earlier relational experiences may still be shaping your inner world today. My approach is rooted in warmth, cultural sensitivity, and deep attunement to both the mind and body—creating a space where healing can unfold with greater clarity, compassion, and connection.

Therapy with me is not about becoming someone else, but about returning to yourself.
